I have all the images for the HD series. If you need them, I can upload to my deviantart site.
My most favourite from the HD series is Flight Of The Sacred Ibis (the conversion to a map is really well done).
My least liked from the HD series is Path Of The Golden Goddess because it is too bland. This prompted me to redesign it which resulted in the Snakes And Serpents design. The second least liked design is Barque Of The Goddess because it does not look like a barque at all.

I have all the images for the HD series. If you need them, I can upload to my deviantart site. [...] Yes, that would be awesome. Instead of original images I used some remakes in a few places because I already had them and I was too lazy to take screenshots of all images again . If you upolad them I'll replace images in the main post. Cobraic Twilight is my favorite both in HD and original, I like the "snake" path and the light effects. I also like In the Shadow of the Pyramid very much. On the other hand, I dislike Pillar of Osiris because the design is almost unchanged while it has potential for a good remake (like yours). I think that the design of Barque of the Goddess is nice although, as you said, it doesn't resemble a barque at all. It look rather like some wall with ornaments on it. But the original didn't look like a barque as well so I don't know why did they use this name in the first place. Edit: I think that if they named this level what it actually is, it would be a bit weird.

By the way, how did you get your images? Did you have a Deviantart account? I used my account on Imageshack to upload images. I don't have an account on DeviantArt. My favorite of all HD designs is Cobraic Twilight. The background is well done and the light effects are great. Among favorites I would also place Pool of the Lotus Blossom, Flight of the Sacred Ibis and Threading Cleopatra's Needle. Inundation of the Nile is in the very end on my list of favorites. Just some vegetation was added and slight water flow (which doesn't appear on the intersecting area anyway). I also think they could put more work into Inner Sanctum of the Temple, Oasis of the West or Pillar of Osiris.

I have uploaded all twenty five levels. You can replace the existing HD levels. Thank you, I'll do that soon when I find some free time. Edit: Uh, apparently I can't add images when editing a post :/ I only have an option to change text data.

This is the original. Bobik mentioned: Edit: Uh, apparently I can't add images when editing a post :/ I only have an option to change text data. I will now give it a test and see if it works. Update: It works. Bobik, if you want to add images when editing a post, set to BBCode and not preview. In that mode, you can change images when editing a post. I hope that helps.

I wanted to play Luxor 1 but I thing I will only play Luxor HD. It looks a lot better and it's probably no point to play two.

Replaced all images with these from Top Agent PGG Jr's Deviant Art. Also, big thanks for uploading screenshots of levels from Luxor Amun Rising HD and soon-to-be-uploaded Luxor 2 HD screens. I wanted to play Luxor 1 but I thing I will only play Luxor HD. It looks a lot better and it's probably no point to play two. For some strange reason, I somehow find original Luxor to be better. Maybe it's because of different game physics, soundeffects or maybe because I'm not so fond of all of the new designs... But it also could be because I played it ten years ago and it's just the nostalgia... Anyways, why not try them both and see which one you prefer?

As I did in Luxor Amun Rising HD thread, here I will also list my opinions on each level individually:
Uraeus Nefertari: This is a pretty good redesign; in the original I didn't even notice that the background was sand while the HD version looks like it's on a beach or near an oasis.
Nepthy's Garden: Very nice redesign, I love the light effects and the stone path. The plants don't look natural, though, it's visible from the very beginning that they were just pasted onto the grass, a bit more work and it would be less visible and the garden would look more natural.
Pool of the Lotus Blossom: This is exactly how I expected this level to look like in HD. It's a pretty good remake but drawings of people and animals could have been replaced to more realistically looking figures of them (these drawings look really good in the original game because they match the style of the game, however Luxor HD has more realistic graphics so it shouldn't borrow too many decorations from the older game).
Descent to the Underworld: Just an average design, however it's hard to make a good redesign of it. The level is very long and the path occupies a huge amount of screen leaving very few room for decorative elements.
Hathor's Loving Embrace: This level always reminded me of a snake or a worm. Such redesign wouldn't fit the level's name, though, so I think this remake is ok.
Ra's Journey to the West: This is also one of these levels where not much can be done with the visual part as the level has to stay with it's name. Not an outstanding redesign.
Flight of the Sacred Ibis: One of the best redesigns, widescreen version of this level shows a nice background with more maps around it. I would only remove the dotted line on the path and it would be perfect.
Khufu's Revenge: This level not only has different graphics but the path has slightly changed as well. The tunnel in the left lower corner is now longer to make this level easier on higher difficuluty. I like the golden path and black background, it suits this level very well as it is one of the hardest in the game.
Scroll of Thoth: I have nothing to complain about in this level. Quite similar to the original but still pretty nice.
Threading Cleopatra's Needle: One of my favorites, this level doesn't nedd any more redesigning in my opinion.
Inundation of the Nile: This level should have been redesigned from scratch, with the waters flowing through the sands gently, the view should be pulled back a lot and the intersecting area should have been made to look like an entrance to a cavern. Around there should be rocks, palms and other vegetation, also some small houses near the river. But instead of all that, the designers just copy-pasted some bushes around, changed the pyramid design to Luxor 2 style and that's everything. Very disappointing redesign.
Path of the Golden Goddess: The level design is bland. Mere wall design with few decorations. Also it bothers me that this level's background is silver, while it should have been made gold. I would redesign it to a floor level with treasure and coins lying on the ground and a statue of the goddess inside the loop.
Imhotep's Folly: This is a good redesign, scarab in the center was almost unnoticeable in the original and in the HD version it really stands out and it's the main decoration of the level. I think I would like it more if the path wasn't just so simple but the designers weren't allowed to change them anyway.
Barque of the Goddess: Unlike what Top Agent PGG Jr said, I think it's a really good redesign and it's one of my favorites, despite the fact that it doesn't really fit it's name.
In the Shadow of the Pyramid: It's a quite nice redesign, although it could have been better if an actual pyramid was used as background. The cover on this level was a great idea.
Pillar of Osiris: I have already shared all my thoughts on this level. You should see Top Agent PGG Jr's version if you haven't already.
Oasis of the East: This redesign is super lazy. Changed sand texture and added palm leaf shadows in the background. It always bothered me that this level looks more like a rive rather than an oasis. In my redesign, I would change the inner part of the level (where the man on a green blanket, an umbrella, a seagull and a green fish is) to crystal clear aquamarine water with little fishes swimming in there, instead of drawings I would place palmtrees, flowers and stones. This redesing would cause a long spit to appear in the middle which would be an original part of this level. The actual HD redesign is just... meh.
Riddle of the Sphinx: This is a good redesign and I don't have anything more to say about it. It's not in my favorites but I don't know how this level could be improved except for using real statues of sphinxes than drawings.
Inner Sanctum of the Temple: This is the level where I look at the original and then at HD and I see practically no difference between the two. A cover was added but that's only for gameplay reasons and I think it's completely unnecessary there. Here again Top Agent PGG Jr did a great job with redesigning.
Den of the Hyenas: I like both original and HD. Pretty good redesign but instead of drawings of hyenas there could be some remais of their food, like blood stains, bare bones and birds eating the remains. This would make this level look more dangerous.
Cobraic Twilight: In terms of visual design, there's no better level than this one in my opinion. Only thing I would change in the HD is the inner background because in the original the outer bg is blue and the inner is green while the HD has both of them of the same color.
Navigating the Cataracts: Average redesign. I think they forgot to slow down the scarabs in free play mode because they seem to move as fast as if it was a single track level.
Dance of the Crocodiles: I don't like the HD because of the path design itself. It looks like it's raised, while it would look a lot better as a tunnel in the ground. About the rest of the design, it's pretty good but take away the drawings again and replace them with real things.
Lair of the Jackal God: Not an outstanding redesign but it's okay. This level is just surprisingly easy, though.
Wrath of Set: Quite good, but could be better. I would change the shiny background to a rough dark stone and I would bring back the cracks in the stone with lava in them to make this level look more dangerous.
Overall, I think the designers did a great work with light effects. The redesigns without all the shades and lighting in the background would look bland. Some of the remakes aren't amazing but they're a lot better than Luxor Amun Rising HD.
