Hello everyone!
As you may have already noticed, the staff team has been working hard on providing new logo designs and titles for the Sphere Matchers community. I'd like to note once more that any flags, logos and other similar designs made for representing the community to this day, have been officially discontinued. With this comes a brand new design implemented just yesterday:
Shiny, isn't it? Though we would like to remind all of our members, that this logo has been created with the sole intention on appearing on the loading screens/credit screens of mods, and that you must ask the staff team beforehand in order to use it. Any members caught using the logo of Sphere Matchers without proper permission given to by an admin will have their mod links terminated. Once granted proper permission, you can use the signature in any proper manner instructed by one of the admins.
With a new shiny signature of the community, I have also worked on a few other things that should be of your interest. I've rewritten the rules once more in order for them to be as clear as can be. The main pros with using this particular layout of the rules is that members can view explanations of any rules instantly without asking the staff. How interesting is that?
Staffing policies are yet to be written, though I am working as hard as I can to provide the best solution to the current state of the policies, which are practically non-existent. To keep you guys informed, the previous policies (still being used) rely on an already existing staff member to pick out a member they believe would be the best for the rank. Unfortunately, this policy is in the mist of being terminated completely as of July 2018, due to its simple nature of being easily abused and exploited. We're working hard on providing the best for the community and will keep all of you updated.
Concerning the Discord server, I'm happy to announce that it has received it's own board on our forums: Click here to go to the new Discord board! The board's sole purpose is to collect feedback from you guys all the time, so the staff can immediately work on the issues and solve them as quickly as possible. As of now, we can consider the current layout of our Discord server pretty decent, though we are constantly open and are looking for more suggestions. And I would like to start a discussion regarding these updates down below.
On a less serious note, a new board has popped up? What could it be? What secrets does it contain? I don't know either.
Feel free to leave your reply below and I will gladly answer any pondering questions you may have.
