The Frog's Temple map contest is here, and this is your chance if you haven't submitted yet! If you already have 2 slots occupied, this rule is disregarded and you can submit one more map for the contest!Rules  No level ports for this contest. Derivatives are however, allowed. No simple levels. Simple meaning a very basic level with only the basic directions (exception is if it's executed properly), spirals and easy-to-do spliced paths (Whipback). Danger zone must not be stupidly hard to reach. Example: something similar to Iron Frog 9. No triples. Chill, this is just Temple 2 we're making unique maps for. Maximum 3 contest submissions per person. Also, no, you can't submit the same path you made for the contest 2 more times. Original guidelines still apply. And no, you can't rotate and reverse that vanilla path just to get that in. Suggestions Create a concept first! This goes to both new pathmakers and advanced pathmakers. Don't waste your time! Think like a little kid who plays Zuma religiously. Grab a piece of paper, think about levels and draw your level. To submit, you can DM me on Discord (CrushyGreenRen#1539), post on the forum thread or message me on the forum. Contest ends July 14, 10:00pm Philippine Standard Time.

Hello. Ever since I have taken off 1.0, my email inbox has been overflowing with requests to access 1.0 (protected). Some time after, I added a reminder that they are gone and added a link to the 1.0c download. People ignored the warning and somehow still got the link.1.0, 1.0a and 1.0b have been removed for a REASON - asset protection issues. - 1.0 did have main.pak, but it ended up being an issue instead. In addition, they had no watermarks.
- 1.0a has it extracted, but still has no watermarks.
- 1.0b I forgot why, but it's gone.
CMZM is one of the most high-quality Zuma mods ever, and I am proud of that. I would not like any assets to be stolen. Stealing assets is extremely frowned upon this community and might even get you attacked for it. That's why I want to help, while protecting the assets at the same time. Please. It's not hard to read "this version is no longer available". If you want to be original, don't be afraid to ask/get help! |

What I have noticed though is how everything is going slow due to how the Zuma path system works. The only active proficient pather here is Egorbig14 , and I've been giving him breaks to prevent too much pressure. Majority of the submissions here have a curvy path, wasting a lot of time. Two of the maps had been redesigned due to this, so I am now implementing rules for future Map Packs that might come. - If you don't have good experience in pathing, send only an idea. The idea will then be derived unless the path is simple. This is to give a bit more freedom and stress, as you can't have 100% pixel-perfect paths when tracing from a background. With that said, keep a psd/xcf/pdn (or whatever) copy of the desired level!
- If you don't want your path to be derived, try to be less curvy. Remember that the path system is stupidly complicated.
- If a path is deemed way too stressful, redesign. (Or embrace the derivative)
With that said, there will be Map Packs for temples 3, 4 and Stage 13 (more level slots!).
It'd be also really cool if more people are willing to help. Sure, the CMZM role might make it a bit weird, but don't be afraid!
