Edit 7/26/2018 - The mod is no longer named "Community Made Zuma Week Mod" and the "Week" has been omitted due to the fact that a full mod cannot be released on a week. Vanilla paths are no longer allowed and level count is now raised to 22.

Guidelines
Please follow these guidelines or your map will be likely denied!

• Don't make your path too short or too long. Nobody likes a FF 1F-long path, that's just boring. And 1-pixel long paths too. That's impossible.
• Don't make sloppy maps. This includes Paint backgrounds, glitchy/weird paths, tunneled sections that aren't covered and the like.
• Your custom path shouldn't crash.
• Common sense guidelines as well - no impossible danger zones, spaced out spheres due to a bug in the dat file, epileptic assets, eye-hurting BGs, etc.
• Don't make copyrighted/inappropriate/offensive backgrounds/assets.
• When possible, send a background of your level. Else, just send the path!
• Don't send vanilla paths. They're no longer allowed!

FAQ
If you have a question, read this first. If your question isn't in this section then reply to this thread.
    - What if I literally can't think of a name and/or background?
        - Send the dat file to me by either forum PM or Discord. I will make the level and BG afterwards. Discord Tag is CrushyGreenRen#1539.
    - Are vanilla paths allowed?
        - No.
            - But you said they were allowed!
                - Too late.
    - Can I help out and do X?
        - Forum PM/Discord DM me for more info. You may also reply to this thread.
    - How can I make a Zuma path? I want to know!

Map Statuses
Here are the three statuses of a map when it's submitted.

DENIED - Your map does not follow the guidelines.
TRIAL - Your map does follow the guidelines, but with small errors, such as incorrect tunnels, weird rolling glitches due to the dat file, etc
ACCEPTED, UNDER CONSTRUCTION (PATH) - Path is work in progress
ACCEPTED, UNDER CONSTRUCTION (BACKGROUND) - Background is work in progress
ACCEPTED, UNDER CONSTRUCTION (BOTH) - Both path and background is work in progress
ACCEPTED, FINISHED - Congratulations! You made it.

Time for a progress update!

ALL MAPS ARE DONE! The last being Light of the Shadow by Seigneur, pathed by Iam and me. Here it is:


So... what's next?
- Wait for Yalek to finish the mo3. But as I've heard he's busy. Oh well, it takes time.
- This means that:

ASSET SUBMISSION IS OPEN!
This means you can send HUD, sfx, menu stuff and more stuff. Although since different styles of HUD/Menu and things will clash, I might think of a theme, but I can't think of it yet.

Other: I propose a futuristic style mixed with something classic. Futuristic, because completely new things are taken in consideration while making Zuma, and classic, because we're still in Zuma. Of course that's only proposition. I don't have clear vision, so feel free to use imagination.

Hello there, I bet you're super excited for the mod to come and play the levels.

• Adventure mode on Normal difficulty has been verified. Hooray!
  Regarding the slow-down on Adventure verification, Iam got into the bad things of life.
  As of writing this post, Gauntlet mode is being verified, although, one problem:
  
  And yes, there will be 3 difficulties: Normal, Hard and Lunatic.
• More UI in the works. Adventure's temples might need some more brainstorming...\

Please be patient and all things will be good. We could make this rushed and unbalanced like EA, or take all of our time and make it amazingly awesome.

So in the uhh, not gonna say, Villager showed off a new path. Well, earlier I thought that Kamari Beach's path is rather... bad, to say the least.

Hello there! More progress has been made slowly but surely

• LAUNCHER IN THE WORKS!
  With my relying-on-stackoverflow C# coding skillz, I found out how to hex-edit files via the program. So, I am proud to show everyone a launcher in the works!
  Easy difficulty is confirmed after some thinking. All of the buttons are images (obviously), and they do not have any hover images. Once the mod releases, the source code will be available if you want to improve the launcher or suspect I put viruses.
• New Game Mode: "RNG Puzzler"! Replaces Gauntlet, and MUST be played with Practice Mode due to this dumb limitation: No matter how much the balls count are, the game will skip it on Survival. As of writing this, I just thought that I should also hex-edit the game to use another resources.xml for RNG Puzzler. And don't worry - the EXE won't be on the final release to comply with the forum rules. Now, how do you play this mode? It's simple - it's like 3/QFTA's puzzle mode. Complete the level within Ace Time to get bonus points as usual! The farther you go, the more singles you get, and the closer the balls get...

I apologize for having such slow development.

• SHOOTER DESIGNS!
  I made two shooters, and it's time for yet another poll!
  
  You've got two pre-made choices:
  • Perennial Representation - The mark of nature, and the Tree. I tried to make it look like it's made in a cylinder of wood with some resin.
  • The Matchers' Insignia - The crest of the Matchers. Based on the current official logo. I couldn't fit something related to the crown, so the jewels are in the line.
• Some graphical changes. Such as:
• Pitcover changed to a wormhole-like thing, and the sparkle is also changed:
