I don't know where to put this so I put this here. One can say Forum Suggestions and make a board, or Discord Suggestions and make a channel. But I still have no idea where, so I put it here.
(AWOL - Absent Without Official Leave)
Anyways, now to the topic:
A board/page/channel/staff log for people who wish to make mod/asset guidelines should they go AWOL or officially leave. The guidelines can be seperated into "if I leave with a notice" and "if I go AWOL".
Example 1:
Example 2:
Of course, there should be a specified grace period and stuff to mark a user as AWOL.
Here are some suggestions:
I hope this suggestion helps.
Addendum:
Let's pretend Examplor123 made a mod with handmade graphics, and the mod's readme file says:
but their mod/asset leave policy says this:
their mod/asset leave policy says this.
If they have no mod/asset leave policy and the hand-made asset can be used, then the hand-made sphere set can be used.

Should I go AWOL or leave with a notice:
- I hereby allow people to make unofficial sequels/spinoffs of my mods with credit unless stated.
- I hereby allow people to use all of my custom made / ported assets exclusively used in my mods for other mods and map showcase videos with credit unless stated.
- The sphereset I have made, Exampling Extravaganza Sphereset, is not allowed for use.
Example 2:
I am UNEXPECTEDUNKNOWNPERSON_1240, UnexUnknPers#8901 on Discord.
Should I leave with a notice:

However, in the event should I go AWOL:
- All of my assets and mods ARE NOT TO BE USED, even with credit. Exceptions are ported assets.
Of course, there should be a specified grace period and stuff to mark a user as AWOL.
Here are some suggestions:
- If a user has not been seen for 6 months without warning, the user is considered AWOL.
- If a user has left but only informed staff, the user is considered AWOL, unless ordered by other staff to tell so.
- Shall a user return and has stayed for X amount of hours, the AWOL status shall be revoked, although the user can grant permission from other users immediately since the time of return.
- Default mod/asset leave policy: All assets are not to be used except Asset Databases [such as sphere set database and shooter database]
I hope this suggestion helps.
