Due to the amount of levels in the two Zuma games (92!), I've only included Hard original levels Iron Frog Levels 40-60 from Zuma's Revenge (If you think one is missing, I will painstakingly edit the poll. Then everyone has to vote again. Hopefully, this doesn't happen.)There's a little 'controversial' ones on there... (aka ones that don't belong, like possibly 41-50 or maybe Dark Vortex (because of Mirror Serpent) , but included just to be options.)Also you can choose 3, due to the amount of options (38! In comparison, Sparkle 2 has 35 different layouts. Which is half of Zuma's Revenge's layout count of 70.)Because this uses both of the Zuma games, this is in General Discussion for Zuma and not the Zuma's Revenge board or Zuma board. If Bobik would like to relocate this, I will not stop him. Nor do I have the power. "And before this thing goes live, my prediction bets on ' As The Worm Turns' being top 3. Feel free to prove me wrong..."

Having destroyed the original game, I can safely say Mouth of Centeotl is really the only stage that I'm even remotely concerned about now. Space is longer than hard, especially if you know the path. Shrine of Quetzalcoatl and Zumaic Exodus can be easily beaten with chains, and they have 1 or 2 coins that are pretty easy to get. Mirror Serpent and Sun Stone are doable (12-5 can be a troll though, and screw 12-6's speed) with gap shots and chains. But Mouth of Centeotl...really only has one viable area to shoot (the top curving path), the gap shots are tricky because of the long distance between the bottom line and the top line, and the really short distance from when they appeared from the tunnel has cost me a lot of lives. I think you can find many people on the internet complaining about 8-4. Honourable Deluxe mentions: Sand Garden, I guess. That ending tunnel and loop right that makes your spheres just out of reach to the skull can go burn. I haven't beaten Zuma's Revenge yet, but from what I've seen, As the Worms Turns is indeed an absolutely brutal design. Solely being a bottom-up stage going up means without good powerup luck/chains/gap bonuses in the beginning line, you are screwed. So yeah. That's all I got. Chew Your Food is my next selection (Revenge really likes the hard-to-shoot intersecting paths ala Zumaic Exodus, so kinda a tossup here between a few stages. But, I have fumbled at Landing Pad in Deluxe before and that path reversed is pretty much Descent into Anguish but tougher). Key factor here is psychology. It's the last stage of Iron Frog: Make it or break it. By human psychology, with only one shot at the stage and being this close will make it seem very tough.

I completely agree with konisbored about Mouth of Centeotl. As I kid, I struggled to get past level 8-4. Another hard on is Zumaic Exodus. As a kid I was extremely anxious how the level "Zumaic Exodus" goes, because it seemed impossible to me, that spheres can start from the middle of the board, but this turned out true. In Zuma's Revenge, the level "Fungal Fatality" is really difficult because of the large distance between player and spheres. It is also very hard to get any fruit here and shoot accurately. Even though the ace score for this level in Challenge mode is low (when compared to other levels) this was the only challenge that I found problematical to win. As the Worm Turns, Descent into Anguish and Chew Your Food are all in fact pretty similar to Zumaic Exodus. In Luxor, such maps would be absolutely impossible on higher difficulties. Fortunately, there are some easy points where player can grab fruit. A level that I also find difficult in Zuma's Revenge is Coelacanth Cave (I spelled it correctly without looking, yay ). The short ending ramp reminds me of Mouth of Centeotl. Also, the boss battles are pretty difficult (the last one especially).

It's the last stage of Iron Frog: Make it or break it. By human psychology, with only one shot at the stage and being this close will make it seem very tough. Another part of the psychological effect that Chew Your Food has - if you're not playing Challenge, you have just beaten As The Worm Turns, an already extremely difficult level. Failing now would pit you up against the worm once more, if you can make it back there. You wouldn't want to do that, would you? Just unlock the Iron Frog levels for challenge then play As The Worm Turns as much as you want. **under survival conditions for only three minutesAs The Worm Turns, if you're playing Iron Frog, also has a very similar effect to Chew Your Food - Web Two Point Oh is Pacific Divide*2, which makes it a very challenging level. Combined with having an insane layout, the psychological effect with Chew Your Food grows. Once you see Chew Your Food, you may never see it again. But then, the effect that Chew Your Food has most likely applies to levels after Fossil Food, as Fossil Food is more of a redesign of Inner Sanctum from Sparkle, which make them both tough levels.

I'm like Bobik in that 8-4 was the bane of my childhood too. Sobs. Another part of the psychological effect that Chew Your Food has - if you're not playing Challenge, you have just beaten As The Worm Turns, an already extremely difficult level. Yeah that's what I meant. The high stakes of Chew Your Food is unreal. Lose and you lose your entire Iron Frog run.

I agree with konisbored and Bobik. The Mouth of Centeotl is the hardest level in Zuma's history. This was the only level where I was able to lose all of my lifes (and I had about six lifes) on level 5-4. It's pure RAGE!

The obvious picks for me are Mouth of Centeotl, Searing Visage, and oddly enough, Shark Den. The first pick is obvious. *cough* 11-4 *cough* Searing Visage is another one due to the REALLY short paths, and you have 2 of them to deal with. Shark Den for me, is a rather obnoxious level. It's difficulty is not harder than Searing Visage, but it's dangerously close. It has the obligatory short paths, and the overlapping/blocking paths make it annoying to play. EDIT: Honorable mention goes to Iron Frog 9. WHY was this a good idea for a level?!

Mouth of Centeol, and IF2 Fungal Fatality. *cough* 11-4 *cough*
Honorable Mention: IF9 As The Worm Turns. I was JUST near IF10 in the DS version. It's like a rage version of Hathor's Loving Embrace.

Nothing is difficult from that answers. I played 3 years ago Iron Frog and I won that after 5th or 6th try, so not to dramatic.
Zuma Deluxe? Nothing is difficult. Nothing.
