Once again, this is a typical "Hardest Levels" poll, but this time it's for Tumblebugs 2. Like normally, you may select up to 3 answers, and they're listed by their first appearance, since Tumblebugs has an arbitrary level order, combined with the fact they rename the level every re-appearance makes it confusing. Especially because in Tumblebugs 2, one of the levels appears 4 times instead of 2 or 3, but I digress.
My picks this time around... were not easy... :/
Tumblebugs 2's levels in my opinion are just so much more "trolly" and difficult, but my choices would have to be "Sorry, Doesn't Ring a Bell", "Return of the Ringmaster", and "The Burnifier!"
"Sorry, Doesn't Ring a Bell" is a level that is symmetrical, which is nice. But the problem is the path length. The paths are very short and the rings are irritating to get. While not a very valid reason for hating this level, it's at least a sensical one.
"Return of the Ringmaster" is a level that has trolled me A LOT! This level is a lot like the original game's "Three Ring Circus", but with that annoying horizontal at the very end. The only good thing about this level, is the fact that star bugs are pretty useful, but since when do you ever get THOSE late game?
And lastly, "The Burnifier!", this is easily the hardest level in the series, and it makes sense why. I mean, 4 paths is a little much, combined with the irritating ring locations, and length of the paths, and not to mention the "trolly" launcher spot at the bottom of the screen. The row that begins at the bottom right is very hard to manage, so is the one on the very left, due to their lengths and shapes. The other two are somewhat manageable, but not entirely.
Also, I have a HORRID history with this level, as it wins my "Most Lives Lost From a Single Level Award" at a massive...
13 LIVES LOST! THIRTEEN! It's annoying, it's crude, and in my opinion it just shouldn't exist. Tumblebugs 2 clearly shows how difficult a marble popper can get.
So, like I said, pick your three options from the poll above, ordered by when they appear in the game. The 1-1 level "Take Some Time to Reflect"... will be at a seperate spot from its' 3-3 counterpart, "Waterlily Whirlpool"

Tumblebugs 2 imo has much worse level design compared to the first game, I agree. Even on Normal mode, many, many levels give me trouble.
Lost Thyme really gives me more trouble than it's worth. It's the Three Ring Circus of this game: due to it's curves, it's very hard to aim at the bugs. It's deceptively short too.
Sorry, Doesn't Ring a Bell gives me The Great Switcheroo flashbacks. That's never good. The paths loop out, zoom to the middle and intersect outwards, or basically go all over the place ala Amun Rising's Arma Megiddo. The real trouble is the matchbox in the middle blocking bugs, forcing a lot of launchpad switching. Also for the danger zone the bugs heads vertically up/down and is basically out of the shooter range's reach without Ballistic/Star Bugs. Nice.
The Burnifier is frankly a stupid final level. It's a 4-4 Level (WHUP. This is probably the only 4-4 level that exists too)+short windy paths that makes shooting hard (come on why)+Danger music that doesn't start until the bugs are literally two feet from the hole (seriously you trolls)=A recipe for disaster.
Honourable Mentions: "Two Tickets to the Hamster Ball" would get my vote due to the nonsense of that flashlight blocking the way, but the Star Bug glitch is great for this level, so nah. "Return of the Ringmaster" can get pretty nonsensical, but I find it easier than Lost Thyme since the path is much longer. "Sandpit Spillover" is Army Boys and Their Toys with a harder path+double launchpad, ughhh. But again, Star Bug glitch. Treehouse Renovation's path intersects with itself multiple times, but thankfully it has probably the longest path in the game.
Honestly many of the levels in Tumblebugs 2 are hard as heck, but for hardest I have to go with these 3. Gave me the most trouble.

Waterlily Whirlpool annoys me so much due to: Repeating blocking paths, and the spirals are short. And let's just say level 5-3 (Spiral scream) made me scream. Sorry, doesn't ring a bell infuriates me due to the paths turning against you when they reach the danger zone. The Burnifier! is an obvious pick due to 4 lines. Honorable mentions: Water-colored watercolors is a bothersome level, but it isn't too hard because the path is pointed towards you, but the looping arcs are a bit of an annoyance Return of the Ringmaster is not fun due to looping paths.

I am a new user. (Just registered today.) For me Tumblebugs 2 is the most frustrating game ever! Very many levels are very hard and takes me many tries to pass. It is also hard to get more lives without going back to the lower stages. However, this game is bad that if you go back to play lower stages, you have to play the stage you recently played again if you reach that stage for the first time. For example: If you complete stage 9 and you go back to the previous, you have to replay stage 9 again if you reach that for the first time. Okay. The problematic boards are: Sowing the Seeds Watercoloured Watercolours Two Tickets to the Hamster Ball Treehouse Renovation Teddy Bears' Picnic Sorry, Doesn't Ring a Bell Return of the Ringmaster I am now on stage 12 and not reached The Burnifier! yet, but Ringmaster Reload (11-5) took me around ten tries to pass making me extremely frustrating! For my votes: Treehouse Renovation Sorry, Doesn't Ring a Bell The Burnifier! This game boards are lame and too hard to handle. Hardest Sphere-match game ever! Tumblebugs series is generally harder than Zuma and Luxor that nearly impossible to be flawless or 100% ace time.
