Is there a playthrough on the web of Luxor Amun Rising but on Expert difficulty? I've searched for it but either there's beginner mode or only single level played on Expert mode, while I'm searching for a full playthrough.

While I can play on that mode with no issues, the problem is recording the gameplay.

Speaking of recording, what program did you use to record Luxor gameplay? I tried to use Bandicam but the screen freezes when I press recording button, both in Luxor and Luxor Amun Rising. It's not slowing down, not crashing or anything like that, the screen just stops being refreshed (but despite that fact, everything appears correctly on a recorded video).

Bobik, try OBS (Open Brodcaster Software). obsproject.com/It's free (no time limit or watermark). I upload some videos about levels of Luxor 3. Videos can you find on my channel: www.youtube.com/channel/UCS1fxFlcBMYayVnzj9fpeLQBut: it's hard to configure this program. If you want i post screenshots of my Settings in OBS.

OBS is doing really well on Windows 7 but it doesn't work under Win XP, which is a major disadvantage for me (I still use XP to run some older applications correctly). I'll be recording with either Bandicam or OBS depending on what OS I'll be using at the time.

I will buy Fraps which is done at a cost of USD$37.00 (S$54.56). I wouldn't recommend Fraps. I know that it is probably the most popular recording software but there's a lot of better ones out there. First: Fraps gives you very few options to customize your recording. Second: Fraps can randomly cut your recordings in the middle or randomly stop recording at all (which is extremely frustrating). Third: Fraps uses up a ton of computer resources to run and it will slow down your computer considerably unless you have a really good machine. Four: Fraps creates collosal files, even with lowest quality and framerate. A few minutes of recording can take few gigabytes. If you want to buy Fraps, better buy an external disk to keep your recordings, because you probably don't want to garbage your computer with tons of recordings. It will also take hours to upload these on YouTube or other sites. There's a lot of better options to choose from than Fraps, just dig around the Net until you find something you like. I personally liked Bandicam most and I think I'll buy it sometime.

Hence, the disadvantages of FRAPS is not so apparent (because I prefer to edit my videos first before uploading them). The high video resolution is a big draw for me (7680 x 4320 p). Update: Bought Bandicam along with Bandicut. Will be recording all levels on all difficulties.

To be more precise, one should press the recording button before running the game, not just run Bandicam. That also means Luxor games should be recorded using screen recording mode, not DirectX/OpenGL window mode as usual.

I've searched for it but either there's beginner mode or only single level played on Expert mode, while I'm searching for a full playthrough. Haha, I feel you! Amun Rising isn't well loved by Youtube. I think I only saw Arma Megiddo at best being shown off for expert mode. Tbh, I think the closest we have to what you want on the web right now is Honor's Amun Rising HD: Challenge of Horus videos. Ironically because of the lack of Amun Rising love there, I have always said I wanted to play Amun Rising on Expert and upload it. And I've been saying that for the past year or so. Guess I'll expedite it, then. I'll try to start it sometime between 6 months to a year from now.

i dont feel anything different except the spheres move slightly faster. Points are doubled in Expert, because when i played it, and matched exactly 3, my score went to 600 instead of 300.
