Welcome to a new mod, what a surprise, what is this, my 6th mod now? Well, it's a little different from the others, primarily the fact it's on Luxor 2 not Luxor AR
Note: No clue how long it'll take to finish this mod as I'm still learning things about the game as I mod it
Dom's Return to Pizza Island and Beyond, or DRtPIaB (unique abbreviation) is the third installment of the "Dom" Series, the others being Dom's Expedition for the Sacred Potato and Dom's Investigation of the Missing Sheeps, both of which were on Amun Rising.
Not to spoil anything, here's a quick synopsis of the mod's story "Dom and Aliza set off on an adventure to receive the Sacred Potato from the Ocean, but things get a little hectic and confusing as they meet a mysterious person and learn more about the Sacred Potato than intended" Now of course a lot more happens than this in the story but why would I ever spoil such a thing
Aside from the story, the mod presents you with 40 custom maps (although I've only actually done 21 so far)
At the same time, I'm planning on overhauling some of my designs and touching the maps up to make them look their finest they can be.
Now, Luxor 2 has some new features that Amun Rising/1 does not have. Just to name drop a few things you will see in the mod: > Levels with warps
> Z axis meddling meaning the spheres can change size to create the illusion of the spheres being closer or further away from you > 8 and 9 colour levels > Levels with Spawn Count of 1, meaning no spheres will be prematched during these levels
> Animated Levels ranging from Myth Match Props, to water waves to clouds, dust and mist travelling across the level and more > 16 stages, yes you heard right, there will be 16 stages at the cost of the Epic Win and Epic Fail counter being glitched on stages 15 and 16, but I'm not letting that stop me so be aware of it when playing adventure mode > New (Kinda) Gamemodes. Powerless and ??? (It's a surprise gamemode that I'm not revealing until release :s)
> Levels with 0 Powerups, yes you heard right, 0 powerups. Meddling with the unused "Destroy Segment" powerup can make it possible for 0 powerups to spawn

The mod look very very good even Luxor 2 run weirdly on my temporary pc so yeah . The level look sweet (surely evil in later stages) the Dom series have many secrets to unleash it seems . And what's for the cheat ? I know in AR the checkpoints stop at stage 14 so rip if you do 4 more stages *cough* LSQFTA *cough* but if you do +2 stages it mean Luxor 2 can have more than 14 checkpoints ? The little buff and nerf seems to make it harder (duh not surprised from you ) Anyway really hyped for that first decent Luxor 2 mods . Keep the good work and hope you will do well . See ya

The only issue that occurs is the Epic Fail Counter Epic Fails.
Here's exactly what happens:
It might be a simple error that can be easily fixed and I'm being an idiot, but as for now I'm not gonna let it bother me in my plans

The only issue that occurs is the Epic Fail Counter Epic Fails.
Here's exactly what happens:
It might be a simple error that can be easily fixed and I'm being an idiot, but as for now I'm not gonna let it bother me in my plans It seems to be the number of fails while programming more than 14 checkpoints in AR :kappa: . Your plans will not be disturb by the evil forces of nowhere.

Well, at least I did. Just remember the phrase "It either is or isn't a cow" if you really can't differentiate them.
And If you really can't stand them, you can just swap them around with the bonus spheres, I won't complain
And thanks for the nice message on the GCSEs, feels good for them to be finally over

Is it actually happening? The first ever fully-fleshed out Luxor 2 mod? In all seriousness, good luck! Here's hoping that the first step into Luxor 2 be a grand hurrah! Yes, that is what I intend to do. Even though I'm being quite a tryhard with making stuff. I also keep changing maps and what not because one day I like them then the next day I find it ugly lol And I can get on the ambitious side and end up not getting some stuff to work, for example, I gave up getting randomised music to work But on the other hand, I did get path warnings and a stage map to work :s
wow just wow also zero powerups halpYes, my most genius idea yet. I was so happy when I got it to work. This is how I got the idea for Powerless. It's Practice Mode but with no powerups, because no one chooses Practice Mode over Survival, so I gave it life

It should be as hard, if not harder than DIotMS THFL in normal mode, if not, shame on you Yes, It will be much harder than DIotMS THFL from Stage 1 In all seriousness, I have no idea what to compare it too, because with 9 colours you won't be expecting 400 midspeed levels like in DIotMS lol, imagine that... maybe not I'll have to experiment when I'm making level files also dank levels Thanks.
